You can request to return or exchange your online purchase within 30 days of receiving your order. The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. The item(s) must be returned to us before the refund or exchange can be issued. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method.

Once we receive your return, we’ll email you with an update. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund and return the funds to your account.

The shipping cost of returning an item for a return or exchange is not covered or reimbursed by us. However, if you request an exchange, we will arrange shipping of the new item to you free of charge.

Additionally, no customs, duties, or taxes will be applied to either the returned item being shipped back to us or the new exchanged item being shipped to you.

These offers apply to the order as a whole. If you return part of an order placed with one of these offers, your refund is recalculated based on the items you keep:

Refund = amount paid − regular price of the items you keep (the price displayed on our website at the time of purchase, before any offer).

If the full price of the items you keep is equal to or greater than the amount you paid, no refund is issued. If you return the entire order, you are refunded the full amount paid.

Example: you buy three items at €50, €55 and €60 and receive the €50 item for free (€115 paid). You return the €60 item and keep the other two (€105 at full price). Your refund: €115 − €105 = €10.
