Refund policy
We have a hassle free 30-days return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Simply contact us at info@monateo.com to start the procedure.
Once we get the package , we’ll send you an e-mail informing you of the progress of your case and you should receive a refund within 48 hours.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@monateo.com.
Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Add a combination of 3 products to your cart, and we will automatically apply a discount to the total cost equivalent to the cheapest product. If you add 4 products, the discount applies to the cheapest of the 4 products.
Unless explicitly communicated, discount codes cannot be used with a 3 for 2 purchase.
If you return the free item, no refund will be issued.
If you return one of the paid items, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
Example:
You buy two items and get a third one for free.
If you return one of the paid items, your refund will be the price you paid for that item minus the value of the free product at the time of purchase.
Monateo does not cover return shipping costs. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
