WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be in their original condition, with the original packaging and all tags attached.
• Items that have been worn, washed or altered will not be accepted.
• We must receive your returned items before issuing a refund or processing an exchange.
• Refunds can only be credited to the original payment method.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND TAKE?

Once we receive your return, we’ll email you with an update. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process the refund and return the funds to your account.

During peak and promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your understanding.

HOW LONG DOES AN EXCHANGE TAKE?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 48 hours for your exchange to be processed. We’ll email you once your replacement item has been shipped.

Exchanges are subject to availability when your return is received.

ARE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FREE?

• Return shipping: the cost of sending an item back for a return or exchange is not covered or reimbursed by Monateo.
• Replacement shipping: if you request an exchange, we will ship the new item to you free of charge.
• Customs, duties and taxes: no additional charges will apply to the item returned to us or the replacement item shipped to you.

3 FOR 2 & 4 FOR 2 OFFERS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

3 for 2: add three products to your cart to receive an automatic discount equal to the price of the lowest-priced product.

4 for 2: add four products to your cart to receive an automatic discount equal to the price of the two lowest-priced products.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined with these offers.

Returns for orders placed using these offers:

• The offer applies to the order as a whole. If you return only part of your order, your refund will be recalculated based on the items you keep.
• Your refund will equal the amount you paid minus the regular price of the items you keep (the price displayed on our website at the time of your purchase, before any offer).
• If the regular price of the items you keep is equal to or greater than the amount you paid, no refund will be issued.
• If you return your entire order, you will be refunded the full amount paid.

Monateo does not cover return shipping costs. Please request a return before sending your items back.
